Pricing Policy
To ensure a smooth, committed partnership, we keep our pricing policies transparent and straightforward:

The first month’s payment is due before we start working together. Future billing will occur monthly, with invoices sent in advance on the same date as your initial payment.

All fees are exclusive of VAT. The standard Dutch VAT rate of 21% will be applied to invoices for clients in the Netherlands. Invoices for clients based outside the EU, such as the United States, will be subject to a 0% VAT rate.

We will review the scope of work quarterly, but if your needs change significantly at any time, we’ll renegotiate the terms to ensure our work continues to align with your goals.
