Pricing Policy
To ensure a smooth, committed partnership, we keep our pricing policies transparent and straightforward:

50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. This deposit payment ensures we can schedule your project efficiently and dedicate the time and resources it deserves. The balance will be due within 15 days of the final invoice being sent.

All fees are exclusive of VAT. The standard Dutch VAT rate of 21% will be applied to invoices for clients in the Netherlands. Invoices for clients based outside the EU, such as the United States, will be subject to a 0% VAT rate.
